Eunice (they/them) is an equity, diversity and inclusion consultant with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from York University. They have extensive experience working within the human resources space in a variety of industries but most notably in the consulting and technology sectors. Eunice is a highly knowledgeable advisor, workshop facilitator and public speaker to both internal and external groups at local and national levels. They combine their knowledge and experience of HR practices, intersectional frameworks and equity focused strategies in all elements of their work in order to help organizations achieve impactful and long-term success.
Tina-Marie Meyer (she/her) is a certified Co-Active Coach and faculty member for The Co-Active Training Institute. She is dedicated to helping business owners align their teams with their vision. With a heart-centered approach and a remarkable ability to hold space for conflict, Tina-Marie creates a safe environment for open communication. She understands how misaligned values can lead to frustration and toxic dynamics in the workplace. Her coaching empowers clients to improve communication, diffuse conflict, and inspire self-motivation among team members. By fostering relaxed leadership and prioritizing well-being, Tina-Marie helps leaders show up with energy and passion, transforming their workplaces into thriving environments.
Tara and Tina-Marie helped create a space for us that allowed the team to have the honest, open, and vulnerable conversations we needed to identify what was working for us, what wasn’t serving us, and what we wanted to achieve together. Christina (she/her) is the founder and CEO of a Leadership Development Company, Blue Door Partners. She is a leadership coach and experiential facilitator. Christina creates an honest, playful, space for her clients to show up completely while giving support for making big steps. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles and has been the number one employee at numerous startups. Christina specializes in executive presence, group dynamics, and identifying verbal and nonverbal communication patterns while helping clients become aware of their impact. Courtney (she/her) is an Executive and Leadership Coach dedicated to empowering leaders and teams through innovative development, strategic insights, and cultural transformation. With expertise in leadership coaching and team optimization, Courtney fosters engaged and purpose-driven environments. A passionate outdoor enthusiast and mom of two, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University. Courtney’s mission is to equip leaders with the tools to lead with confidence, clarity, and creativity.
