Coaches Summer Camp is June 29 to July 2, 2027 at Cheakamus Centre, Squamish, BC (just outside Vancouver). Tickets go on sale soon for $1,200 USD | $1,600 CAD, with lodging and all meals included.

As coaches, we spend our days holding space for others. Coaches Summer Camp is four days where someone holds it for you. Picture a warm mug on a cool morning, stories by the fire after dark, moving across the land together, and real time to play and rest. It’s a chance to find that childlike sense of awe and joy again, alongside people who understand your work from the inside.

Who it’s for
Coaches who give a lot and are ready to receive some of it back. Coaches who miss being in a room (or a forest) with peers. Coaches who are curious what play might do for their practice. People who start from a place of ‘yes, and’.

Who we are
We’re Shawn Carney, Val Fleming and Tara Robertson, three coaches who met in a year long leadership program and felt the magic of gathering in person. We’re building camp to make more of that, with you.

What’s included
Four days and three nights at Cheakamus Centre, your bed, every meal from the first warm mug of the morning to the last fireside snack, and all camp sessions. All you need to bring is yourself (and maybe a warm layer for the evenings).
